Welcome home. The college takes on distance learning students nationally in the United Kingdom and internationally via our partnership programmes. Therefore you can study in the comfort of your home and also have an option of attending some of our sited sessions either via Tutor led sessions in comfortable location near your home or via skype sessions which can be a designated centre or just within your home if you have the technological access.

Centre, the Mayor of Walsall, Cllr Peter Smyth attends the graduation of the WMOC at the Lifegate Satellite centre which took place during the Business Conference of Amaka Ya Bwingi Business Network.     21st June 2014

The acting Zambian High Commissioner Mrs Ikayi Mushinge, franked by Mr Amos Chanda(press attache) also officiated the awarding of certificates to the West Midlands Open College candidate.                           21st June 2014

Part of the Business Conference Participants as they waited to witness the awarding of West Midlands Open College candidates.

The audience was made up of Entrepreneurs, government officials,church leaders and students from a wider cross section of  communities in the UK who gathered in Walsall on the 21st June 2014.

Each candidate was called out in turn by the Principal, Dr John Lukomona. The Mayor of Walsall and the acting Zambian High Commissioner ceremoniously participated in the awarding procession and they congratulated the candidates. The series of photo calls evidenced the  graduating candidates as awarded on the 21st June 2014, qualifications ranged from Health and Social Care Induction, ICT and Entrepreneurship.

 

Louise Andrews obtained the full WMOC Level 3 Certificate in Entrepreneurship.

Business Planning is a skill that every entrepreneur should acquire and the cognitive ability to do business. Louise has attained all.

Most businesses succeed when they have a true understanding of the road map to growth. If any of you reading this page are in business consider the WMOC Entrepreneurship which is very rich in practical knowledge and fun to study.

 

ENTERPRISE CPD FOR AN INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS: NAZYA INVESTMENT LTD, FOUNDER WINNIE NACHIVULA

Winnie is what you may call from P to B. From physiotherapy to business. The Nazya Investment LTD she has founded now supplies food chain stores such as Game and the like, in Zambia.

At the West Midlands Open College she received her continuous professional development certificate acquired through participating in business workshops. Winnie is now doing business in Zambia.
